For the last 12 weeks, I’ve stayed between -17 and -25 pounds and it’s gotten frustrating. I got out of the grove I was in the last few months and, I think, started over thinking everything. I quit taking baby steps and became a little obsessive. I recently read a few articles and got a small pep talk during an open Q&A on Facebook with Girls Gone Strong.
Although I have a weight loss goal, I’m going to be turning my focus more on performance goals. My current goals are::
5x4 Bench Dips
10x2 Reverse Crunches via the Captain’s Chair
10 minute mile on the elliptical
S - specific
M - measurable
A- achievable/attainable
R - realistic
T - time-bound

Garrett and I are also starting C 2 5K this week. I’m not exactly sure how it’s going to work out with the kids, but we’ll make it work. Grand Rapids is hosting The Color Run and we’re doing it as a team. I am so excited! I hope we can get other friends/family to do it too.
I first found out about The Color Run in February(?), but the closest location was Chicago and it was already full. I found out today from my cousin Jill, who ran in the River Bank Run(!!!), that it’ll be here in August! :D
I’ve gained 2 pounds. Ugh… I think I need to stop indulging in the Boys’ Monday Night Wrestling junk food. I’m bloated and retaining water like woah right now. Blah.
That is all.
